Instructional technology can change the way teachers teach. But, it is not the answer to all of  educations problems. Teacher training and beliefs, parent beliefs and government beliefs all need to be considered. It seems education is stuck in a rut.

It took us awhile to get to this point and it will take awhile to get out.

Teachers should pick a technology topic to begin working on. It may be a teacher website, blog, wiki etc... Good learners are always learning, but why aren't teachers good learners?
